Exhibit 1: A leading conglomerate with a strong CSR mission partnered with Camomile Healthcare to upgrade its community clinic in Ennore, Chennai. The goal was to transform the centre into a modern, patient-focused facility with stronger systems and an improved care experience. Camomile overhauled operations, built 14 SOPs, optimized HR and capacity planning, and delivered an intensive 4-month training program. A comprehensive annual operating plan was also created to ensure scalable, efficient, and sustainable clinic performance.
