Over the span of six years, she has worked in large medical college hospitals like Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences, Kochi and St. Johns Medical College Hospital, Bengaluru to mid-size corporate hospitals like Sakra World Hospital, Bengaluru.

Her forte includes process excellence, quality improvement, operations management, and patient safety. She has been actively involved in audits and accreditations, and has successfully completed numerous projects. She has also worked closely with product development teams to digitize certain processes in hospitals.
