Mr. Nageswaran is a veteran in the strategy consulting & operations space. He brings leadership and management experience from healthcare and retail through his work with global organizations. By education, he has done his BTech from IIT Madras and MBA from IIM Bangalore. 

Prior to joining Camomile, He was the Facility Director/CEO of Fortis Malar Hospital, a leading tertiary care hospital, in Chennai.

During his 5-year tenure at Fortis Malar, he was involved in establishing the hospital as a leader in the region across various super specialty departments.  He led the creation and execution of the hospital’s strategy to transform healthcare through best clinical and operational practices. 

He steered several initiatives to improve patient experience at the hospital and implemented effective business development programs to drive growth. The hospital was ranked 34th in Newsweek’s best hospitals in India 2021.

Mr. Nageswaran also has significant experience in retail management and operations, having led and managed large scale retail operations for companies like Reliance Retail and TPG wholesale (Vishal MegaMarts).

His hobbies are Yoga, reading and listening to music.
