Situation

The investment firm sought opportunities in the healthcare ecosystem of India and identified an opportunity to acquire a majority stake in of the largest Hospital Groups in India.

Multiple firms were empanelled to assist this decision, assess the business potential of the hospital group, the gaps if any-in infrastructure, medical equipment, and operational compliances.
